Secure SSH on Windows is PuTTY In Your Hands
I REALLY dislike using a shell program to access my server, but sometimes ya just gotta do what you just gotta do. I use PuTTY on Windows.
It’s been a while, so I turned to my trusty global encyclopedia index to find some help on using shell commands.
I found an outstanding tutorial on using PuTTY by Steve Friedl. I don’t know Steve, but he seems like a pretty sharp guy.

Thanks for your help Steve.
On another note, I am getting a new roof for my birthday. A gift from my insurance company. How sweet.
